Ingrid (Fangruo)
Like some immigrants, I carried two names. Fangruo (方若) is my given name, while Ingrid is a name that I adopted after moving to the US. While Ingrid is the identity I use more often these days, both of these names matter to me.
Writing, cooking, traveling, and coaching services are all things I deeply love and enjoy. Interdisciplinary is my love language for the world. This is a place where you can explore some of my everyday writing, travel experiences, and my personal reflections on being coached and being a coach.
